Do you have a retail or store location?

We are currently based solely online to help keep our costs as low as possible for the consumer. Please stay tuned to our social media feeds as we will look to open temporary pop-up shops in major cities in the near future.

How much does shipping cost?

We offer Free shipping on all products in the UK

US customers also benefit from Free US shipping on most products when purchased on usa.case-made.com

Note that for other countries shipping costs depend on the quantity of your order and the destination. To find out the shipping costs, simply add the product(s) you would like to buy, go to your Cart and use the shipping calculator.

How long does shipping take?

From the time of receiving your order we aim to have it processed, dispatched and on your doorstep as quickly as possible. Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 2 working days unless stated otherwise. During busy times such as a public holiday processing times may increase, please take into account our offices will be closed for holidays such as Christmas.

• UK: 1-2 working days

• US: 3-5 working days

• Europe: 5-8 working Days

• Rest of the world: 7-10 working days

Do you ship to Canada?

Due to lengthy customs delays shipping from the UK to Canada we advise Canadian customers to purchase from Amazon.com if possible.

My case hasn’t arrived

Occasionally the items can take a little longer to arrive. Please be patient. If you have any questions or trouble with your tracking information please email us at contact@case-made.com or usa@case-made.com if you are in the US.

I received the wrong item, what should I do?

Despite the care we take when processing your order, you may receive the wrong case through no fault of your own. If this is the case, please contact Casemade within 14 days. You can do this by sending an email to contact@case-made.com and we will make sure a replacement is sent.

Do your products come with a warranty?

We offer all our customers a 12 month guarantee to show the confidence we have in the durability and longevity of all the cases we sell.

Casemade warrants to the original purchaser that it’s products are free from any defects in materials and workmanship.  This is a 12 month warranty which begins at the date of purchase.

The warranty will cover your product under the following conditions:

  • Any defect due to a genuine manufacturing fault causing the case to become unfit for purpose.
  • You are the original purchaser of the product from the Casemade website.
  • Casemade is still an actively trading company.

Conditions under which the warranty is not valid:

  • General wear and tear to the product.
  • Accidental damage – this includes misuse and improper care taken with the product.

I changed my mind, can I return the case?

If for any reason you would like to return one of our cases then we would be more than happy to provide you with a full refund, no questions asked. Simply return your case in original condition within 14 days of ordering to our return address for a simple, hassle free refund.

Whats the difference between ordering from case-made.com & Amazon?

The biggest difference between ordering through Amazon versus Casemade is the way returns work. Orders purchased through Casemade’s website come with a 12 month guarantee and all customer support will be handled by the Casemade team. For Casemade returns, we will offer a return shipping address and as soon as the case is received back we will process your full refund. 

Cases purchased on Amazon also come with a 12 month guarantee. By purchasing through Amazon, all customer service, including returns and exchanges, will go through Amazon Customer Support. In the event of a return, Amazon will help arrange sending the case back to one of their centres.
